Jim Nolan, Boston's Official Santa gave us a great insight into what being a professional Santa is like to be one, the training involved, how "Santas" are assigned, and what some of the pro and cons of being Santa are. Jim also shared some very heart warming stories, where he has been able to bring comfort and joy to many kids and parents alike -- this is the best part his profession, what got him into it and keeps him doing it year after year.
